i-teachers are currently working with a fantastic alternative provision academy based in the Nottingham area who are looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and naturally outgoing Science Subject Tutor to provide excellent 1:1 & small group tutoring support to their KS3 & KS4 students based inside and out of the classroom environment for the remainder of the academic year.

Science Tutor – Role Information:

• Science Subject Tutor
• Located in Birmingham (B11)
• Based within one secondary academy
• Monday to Friday position – 08.30am to 15.30pm
• Paid £90 per day during term time only
• Working across KS3 & KS4 student demographic
• Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS3 & KS4 students
• Working with students who have behavioural issues

Science Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Science Subject or Psychology based degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people or adolescents
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about the academic progression of students
• Eager to gain vital first-hand school teaching support experience
