  • Paid £325 – £375 per week, term time only before tax
  • Supporting secondary students with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Planning and conducting 1:1 and group support sessions
  • Following carefully structured plan set by SENCO
  • Being a supportive and calm member of a superb SEN department
  • Long term role, no supply!

SEN Academic Mentor – Applicant Specification:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology based degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Dedicated to a career supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Passionate about creating enticing learning experiences
  • Brilliant organisation and communication skills
  • Supportive and inspiring attitude
  • Ability to keep students focused and calm throughout
