SEN Learning Support Assistant– The Role and Benefits:

SEN Learning Support Assistant– Requirements for role:
- 2:1 or above (Psychology degree preferred)
- Excellent academic background
- Genuine interest in education and interest to specialise in SEN education
- Good A – Levels
- Ability to use own initiative and build up relationships with students and staff
- Previous experience working with SEN children/adults would be advantageous
- Empathetic, patient, and friendly person
