A specialist 5-11 primary academy based in Salford is seeking several SEN (Special Educational Needs) Support Workers to join their specialist provisions for the new academic year.

If you are a dedicated individual with a genuine passion for working with children with additional learning needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our team is committed to helping each child reach their full potential and making a positive impact on their lives.

We welcome applications from recent graduates with a background in SEN, Childhood Studies, or Psychology. This is an ideal chance for you to develop hands-on experience working with children and young people with specialist learning needs. However, we also encourage support staff from all backgrounds with transferable skills to apply, as full support and training will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the academy environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Opportunity to work in a supportive and caring academy community.
  • Make a significant difference in the lives of children and young people with specialist learning needs.
