- Passionate about SEN: You are enthusiastic about working with children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other complex learning difficulties.
- Skilled in Differentiation: You know how to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of your students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
- Positive and Nurturing: You are patient, caring, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
- Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and fellow teachers.
- Proactive and Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at managing challenging behaviour with a calm, supportive approach.
