Person Specification – Teacher of Drama

• Drama teaching experience desirable
• Experience of taking on additional responsibilities
• UK QTS / PGCE
• 1st or 2:1 degree from a UK university
• Good to Outstanding teacher observation grades
• Strong classroom management
• Right to Work in the UK – no sponsorship
