Teaching Assistant – person specification

  • Must be Team Teach qualified
  • Ideally 2:2 or above degree
  • Experience supporting children with PMLD/SEN
  • Autism experience is ideal
  • Resilient, empathetic and dedicated

Teaching Assistant – The role and school

  • Work in a thriving all-through specialist school
  • Supporting children with PMLD/SEN/Communication needs
  • Excellent location – accessible via public transport links
  • Large car park for those who drive
  • Long term role – start ASAP
  • Paid £65-£80 per day
  • School hours Monday – Friday (8:30 – 3:45)
  • Work with other outstanding teachers and graduates
  • Support children in a safe, stimulating learning environment
  • Use strategies to support children
  • Excellent training provided
