Are you an incoming or recent Core Subject, Psychology or Humanities graduate with a desire to find a full-time Academic Support Coach role based in the Solihull area for the coming academic year?

A fantastic alternative provision academy located in the Solihull area is eager to secure an outgoing, dedicated and supportive Academic Support Coach able to provide tailored 1:1 & small group academic support to KS3 & KS4 students in a full-time role for the coming academic year.

In this role as an Academic Support Coach, the successful candidate will be required to provide tailored 1:1 & small group support for KS3 & KS4 students across a range of subjects including English, Mathematics & Science.

Academic Support Coach – Role Information:

  • Providing tailored 1:1 & small group academic support for KS3 & KS4 students
  • Tailoring support sessions around schools broad and balanced curriculum
  • Monday to Friday role – September 2025 to July 2026
  • Working hours: 08.30am to 15.30pm
  • Paid £95 per day during term time – Includes 5 online CPD courses

  • Minimum 2:2 UK based Core Subject, Psychology or Humanities degree
  • Open to incoming graduates with relevant working experience
  • Excellent organisation and communication skillset
