Person Specification – Head of English

To be successful in this position, you must be a motivated and talent English Teacher who consistently achieves ‘Good’ or better in Teaching. Ideally you will have two or more years’ experience in a fast paced school. The Headteacher of this school would like to see someone who thrives when faced with a challenge and is committed to raising standards in English. It is important that your ethos and vision matches those of the school, is this what you came into education to do?
