Graduate Inclusion Assistant

  • Minimum 2.1 in your Psychology (or related) degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience working with SEN students or young people in general would be ideal but not a requirement
  • Hard-working and resilient
  • Positive outlook
  • Genuine interest to work in education

Graduate Inclusion Assistant

  • Work closely with SENCo to develop individual learning plans
  • Create your own specific intervention sessions
  • Help students who need extra help in certain areas
  • Work on a 1:1 basis with students to improve results academically and socially
  • Liaise with Educational Psychologist, Head Teacher and parents/carers on the specific students

Graduate Inclusion Assistant

  • Located in Brent, North London (NW2).
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Paid between £70-£90 per day
  • Excellent transport links
  • Fantastic training and guidance in place for you to hit the ground running
  • Experienced and supportive SENCo
  • Brilliant experience for aspiring Teachers or Psychologists
