Chemistry Teacher KS5 Job Specification:
For this Chemistry Teacher KS5 role you must have excellent subject knowledge within Chemistry. You must also have been graded good or better in recent observations from either your NQT mentor or from the SLT/Ofsted at your current school. This Chemistry Teacher role is open to both NQT’s with the ability to teach KS5, but also to experienced teachers looking to take the step in to sixth form education where you solely teach KS5 Chemistry. You will be expected to teach up to approximately 23 hours a week which will also include some personal tutor support. For the Chemistry Teacher KS5 position you will be accountable to the Curriculum Leader for Chemistry.

This Sixth Form College is based within easy access from Birmingham city centre. There is on site car parking for those who drive, however there is also plenty of public transport available for those who are reliant on public transport. The Chemistry Department is very successful within the college and there is a very high pass rate.
