Person specification – STEM Teaching Assistant

You will need a 2:1 or above degree in a STEM subject and heaps of energy, enthusiasm and determination. This dynamic secondary school pride itself on their hardworking teaching team and dedicated pupils, so need a teaching assistant who is equally as dedicated. You should be considering a career in education and be eager to learn about the profession whilst helping pupils achieve their full potential.

In return you will receive a bespoke training and induction package ensuring that you are well prepared for the academic year. You will observe outstanding teachers and assist with planning and delivering exciting lessons. Day to day you will develop your skills and work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to deliver vital booster sessions. This role starts in September.
